How can we improve the Seesmic for iPhone?

cannot connect to ping.fm

after many logouts/logins, deletes/reinstalls, and general frustration i cannot use seesmic for iphone to post to ping.fm. i constantly get an error message saying something to the effect of "unable to connect to ping.fm at this time". this has been going on for months. WTF??

        2012 and still no connection Ping.fm .not on desktop, not android, not web.. keeps saying it can't connect, or the error message is Javascript: undefined.
        What surprises me is that there is Nothing, no responses to this problem. Guess back to Hootsuite

        I have this same problem and like other have uninstalled and re-installed to with no success.

        I just ue Hootsuite on my iphone that does the job but only posts to Facebook/Twitter/FourSquare

        I've had this very same problem for a couple of months now. Anytime I try to post via Ping.fm I get a dialog saying "Unable to Connect to Ping.fm: We cannot connect to Ping.fm right now. Please try again later." I've deleted the app from my iPhone and iTunes, then reinstalled, to no avail. I can use Ping.fm from their website with no problems at all.
