A form of notification for new tweets in each timeline (e.g. on icons)
I think it would be good to see when there are new tweets in timelines (e.g. public, @replies, DMs) - perhaps with highlighted icons on the bottom, in similar style to Tweetie/Twitter for iPhone, where it's obvious, but not in your face...
Not too sure on the style exactly, as I don't know what is possible...
But...I think it would be really good to see some way of notifying at face value...
Hopefully that makes sense!

Ability to enable Push to notify users of new events
Ability to enable / disable Push to notify users of new events such as when a new reply or DM is received!

It is not planned to have embed push notifications in Seesmic for iPhone yet. In the mean time you can use Boxcar that is compatible with Seesmic, so your Boxcar push notifications will be opened directly in Seesmic.

Facebook friend list feeds as spaces
I like the way you can add twitter lists as spaces, can we have the same for Facebook? You can create friends lists on Facebook and then read a news feed only with this friends. Pretty much the same as in Twitter. Would be great.

Mute followers option
Sometimes people get tweet crazy and you don't want to unfollow them but you would like to mute them for a couple days or so. I would love this option!!! It is already avail on Brizzly. But not phone apps that I know of.

Ping.fm entry form with character counter
Many service connected by Ping.fm (like Twitter, Identi.ca, etc. etc.) have a character length limit.
