The one thing keeping me with TweetCaster (it certainly isn't the UI) is the ability to do more with links than just open them. I purchased the premium Seesmic service because it's by far my favorite client, however the ability to send links straight to ReaditLater is great for mobile Twitter users, especially when most people rarely want to/have time to read great articles on their phones.
