I suggest you ...

Do NOT Sunset Seesmic Web

Please do NOT sunset Seesmic Web as indicated in the blog post at http://blog.seesmic.com/latest-updates-and-news-from-seesmic.html#.T6HPPZ_9Os0

There is nothing else anywhere near comparable. Consider that not everyone lives in a mobile environment.

I have my browser open all day and regularly switch to the tab with Seesmic Web open. I can easily post and update, retweet, read list updates and more. I can't do that with Seesmic Ping.

Thank you for the great times, Seesmic web. I'm actually sad/angry because I can't manage my timeline, mentions and more social goodness thru the lovely Seesmic Web interface anymore. Good things always end too soon. I don't think I'll forget you.

My daily life do not proceed normally without Seesmic Web, as simple as that.
As a twitter-addict, seesmic web is just perfect, can't be comparable with other applications.

        Absolutely!

I've tried Seesmic Ping, and it's just anemic and pathetic compared to Seesmic Web. I've been using Seesmic Web for years now, and I really don't want to find a new web Twitter client, but if the only alternative is Seesmic Ping, I will.
