Why can I only add 4 accounts? I paid the money, and it said I could get 10 Accounts. Rip OFF!
I paid for this because you said you supported 10 Accounts. I only have 4. Rip Off. Users Beware.

You should be able to add accounts – please submit a ticket with the email address of the account you’re using to http://help.seesmic.com/ and we’ll investigate – thanks for your patience.

Change brand back!
PLEASE bring back the ping! What a brand! What a name... whereas "seesmic" - sorry - sounds like "seizure!" Every time I tell my friends they can't remember the domain name.

Make an app for webOS.
Ping.fm has a nice, quick, simple app on webOS. I know you haven't cared to update it or probably even look at it, but with webOS going open-source and potentially reaching millions of new users, the least you could do is update that app to operate Seesmic Ping, if not write a new app.

A little more info please
$4.99/month Seesmic Plus - can I post to any 10 accounts at once, even if there are multiple Facebook or Twitter profiles in the selection? Can I have more than 10 accounts in my list, but post to only 10 at a time? If I send a post to 10 accounts, does that count as 10 posts on my daily limit, or 1 post? Thank you.

I'd like to be able to use this service without an app, like ya know, if I'm on a desktop computer.
I can't say what a disappointment it is to have to consider this a "feature," but I do an awful lot of work from my desktop computer, and I'd love to have a way to use this product there.

Cancelling Subcription does not cancel anything. Still indicates scheduled payment. Please actually cancel paid subscription.
When cancelling Paid Subscription, it still indicates a Scheduled Payment. Please have the Unsubscribe actually unsubscribe. Downgrading plan to free plan still indicates paid plan.

How about a web application that actually works - the first time?
I've rolled with the change over. However, every time I want to post from the web I get the dreaded 500 error. It doesn't matter which browser I'm using or what computer I'm on. It's pretty annoying to have to try to post some the THREE TIMES. Scary enough, your application works better on my phone.

Lack of platform intergration severely limites the usefulness of your product
Why would you discontinue a wonderful and unique service and replace it with one so limited in it's reach. The whole point of ping.fm was that it integrated with so many platforms. I kept watching the Seesmic site thinking you'd add more services and be on par with ping.fm by the time you shut it down but you haven't.
I already have the few things you do cover integrated via other methods so I don't need Seesmic now.
I'd like to see Seesmic expand... hope you do. But until then I'm off to look for other solutions.

When I upload pictures, it always changes punctuation symbols. Please fix it!

Seesmic login
Since a month I've got big problems to log in. There is always a 505 error. Changing my data didn't help. It's always a fight for me using your service.

Stop changing your entire concept!
It's extraordinary - I've never seen anything like it. I loved the original Seesmic video conversations... Then you completely changed the concept but kept the name.... OK, there must have been a reason. But now a third time???? It's much easier to create a new brand than to RE-brand a current brand.... why in the WORLD would you not just create a new brand?
Have some respect for your name and your customers. I've lost interest in Seesmic simply because who knows what you'll become next? Maybe Seesmic will become a vegan coffeehouse or an airline or a line of…
