How can we improve or what services should we add to Seesmic Ping

Since Monday I have been receiving a random error 500 msg. I recently upgraded my account and still i receive the MSG. Pls Advice..

        The past month or almost has been terrible for Ping, especially with Web interface and even iOS app. The service is just not working well.500 errors all over the place. It works half the time. Not the kind of service I will continue to pay for.

        Same problem with my upgrade. Certificate error. Need a fix!

        Have been having the exact same problem almost every time I try to post something. It is very frustrating & just adds unnecessary stress since this was never an issue before. Hope something is done about this soon or will have to find another platform :-(
