respond to billing emails
respond to billing emails etc -
I have not been able to use my account or reset the password on my account for 2 months and have not had a single email response from 4 I have sent now despite Seemic still billing me every month!

your page wont let me sign up. It contiues to say there is a problem with my email address. My email address works fone for everything else
let people sign up without your system kicking them off for a "bad" email address. My email is my own, I use it everyday, it is not a fake address and yet PING FMs system wont let me sign up with it

Since a month I've got big problems to log in. There is always a 505 error. Changing my data didn't help. It's always a fight for me using your service.

load bigger picture in timeline
Now the picture loadesloaded in timeline is too small to see clearly. I hope the next version can load the bigger or full size of picture,then I dontdon't need enter the posts to see more clear pic any more.

Login Issues
I am trying to login but the website says that my login/password are invalid. I have then reset the password and still receive the error. Please fix this issue as this has only occurred once Ping.fm was bought by Seesmic. Try not to reinvent the wheel when the product you bought worked better than anything implemented.

I need a help desk, please.
My subscribed services are failing with no explanation, and there is no link for customer help/support on your site (your knowledge-base link in the footer is not what I'm looking for).
Please help clarify what I'm doing wrong so that I can plan appropriately for the future.
