When posting a link through Ping.fm it would shorten the URL so it would use less characters. Also, when the post with a link is posted to FB, it would also be imbedded as an article, not strictly as text.

A moment ago I dragged the Seesmic Ping window of to the top of my screen and let go, forgetting about the feature in Windows 7 which automatically maximizes any window when that happens. I was then a little annoyed because I couldn't figure out how to get it back down. You seem to have decided not to give Windows users the familiar maximize/restore button on the top-right, and double-clicking the title bar does not toggle this like it does with most windows and applications either, the same with clicking and dragging the title bar. It took me a while to realize I could snap it back to normal with the bottom-right resize corner. Sorry, but inconsistent UI design is no good...

When I post links via the Seesmic Ping app, it seems to try to approximate the general look of what happens when you post a link directly in a Facebook status update, but it just doesn't look the same. Is there no way to improve that? I wouldn't mind too much, except that it seems like the snapshot is only loading half the time at best, and loads very slowly when it does...

I go to add the Tumblr account, a new Add Account window opens, I click on the Tumblr bar, the Grant Application window opens and I click 'Allow'. The window closes then I see the Seesmic Ping app window blink as if to add the Tumblr account but it's not there and it's not showing in the drop down account selector.

I am disgusted that Seesmic Ping is replacing Ping.fm. Seesmic Ping does not support half of the service Ping.fm supports. I really need to be able to update all my micro-blogging accounts at once so I must have support for Twitter, Identi.ca and Status.net. The Status.net API is Twitter compatible and is here http://status.net/wiki/API

When I enter a timed tweet, it is not appearing in pending just in the sent section. There is no way to remove them to stop them going out. Feels clunky. Surly a timed tweet should appear as pending with the ability to delete it like the draft tweets have.

Seesmic ping is barely half of what Ping.fm is. You haven't upgraded it you have downgraded it and make most likely that I am going to find another app to do what Ping did so well. Until you make Seesmic Ping equal to Ping.fm, the least you can do is keep Ping.fm up and running.

I need to add a feedback item regarding the Seesmic Ping web app, and there is no appropriate place to put it. Seesmic Web is probably the closest, but it's likely to get lost in the shuffle there due to the sunset announcement.

Using the Seesmic Ping Windows app or the Seesmic Ping Android app, I see the Facebook pages I admin as soon as I add the Facebook account. But in the Seesmic Ping web app the account list does not show these pages. To see the pages in the web app, it is necessary to: 1. click Share to prepare to share a message. 2. click the "+" beside Select a group... 3. select the Facebook account from the Create group dialog 4. click the checkbox(es) for the page(s) you want to post to. This is very far from obvious and strikes me as poor user interface design. Now that I have discovered the "trick", I can do what I need to do, but new users should not be faced with this process. Please make the Seesmic Ping web app work like the Seesmic Ping apps on other platforms and display the pages along with the accounts immediately. This will make it easier for your users and probably reduce the number of support requests you take for this issue.
